High Volume Drainage Rescue Vehicle

KEYTON brand large flow van-type hydraulic drainage rescue vehicle is a specialized vehicle jointly developed by LONGYAN XINXIANGHUI TRADING CO., LTD and Zhejiang University, suitable for various rescue environmental requirements. The vehicle has two independent drainage systems, namely two sets of submersible drainage robots with long-term underwater operation. One or two sets of tracked intelligent submersible drainage robots or tracked hydraulic power stations (with booster pumps and water intake pumps) can be flexibly equipped according to customer’s needs. The vehicle chassis adopts other well-known brands such as SINOTRUK.

Product usage locations: emergency drainage in mines, oil fields, municipal facilities, highways, and subways; Assault flood control and drainage, cofferdam pumping; Drought relief and emergency response; Pumping and drainage in areas without fixed pumping stations and power sources; Water intake and supply by the fire department.

Tracked intelligent submersible drainage robot

1、All terrain walking: Adopting tracked chassis with all terrain walking function. The walking speed is adjustable, and it is recommended to walk at a speed of 2-5 kilometers per hour for complex terrain, with a climbing ability of ≥ 35 °. Equipped with remote control operation function.

2、Full hydraulic drive: The water pump drainage power source and walking of the robot are both driven by hydraulic pressure. The power source is taken from the chassis engine of the main vehicle, fully utilizing the power and torque of the chassis engine. The hydraulic pump is driven by a full power take-off and clutch transfer to output power. Both robots can be used simultaneously or separately. And it can be used as a hydraulic power unit for other hydraulic equipment.

3、Quick response: The entire set of equipment is equipped with fast emergency rescue work, which enables robots to get on and off vehicles through the tail board, quickly arrive at the rescue site, and carry out rescue work.

4、Multiple drainage pipe interfaces: Multiple quick drainage interfaces can be flexibly replaced according to customer’s needs.

5、Underwater working ability: High waterproof level, the robot can dive underwater and work reliably for a long time.

6、Long work distance: The working radius of the submersible drainage robot can reach 100 meters.

7、Two submersible drainage robots can work in series, achieving a drainage conveying distance of over 1000 meters.

Self powered tracked hydraulic power station (can be equipped with booster pump and water intake pump)

2、The tracked hydraulic power station can be equipped with a booster pump according to needs, and connected to the front-end submersible drainage robot through a water hose to increase pressure and improve the drainage and transportation distance. According to the requirements, drainage pumps can also be installed for drainage work.

3、In places where vehicles cannot enter, such as subways, culverts, and other special places, the power station can be used to connect the submersible drainage robot through hydraulic oil pipes, and control the submersible drainage robot to enter the special place for drainage work.
